Pollyora FAQ & Help Center

Question 1

What is the points exchange rate on Pollyora?

Accepted Answer

100 points = ₹1 INR. For example, 500 points = ₹5, 1,000 points = ₹10, 5,000 points = ₹50, and 10,000 points = ₹100. All tasks, survey rewards, and withdrawals follow this exact conversion.

Question 2

How do I cash out and what payment methods are supported?

Accepted Answer

You can withdraw your earnings to UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, or FamPay. Simply go to the Wallet tab, select 'Withdraw', enter your UPI ID, phone number, or both, and submit your request. There is no minimum withdrawal limit required by default. Withdrawals are processed manually and verified by the Admin.

Question 3

How do I deposit money to buy points for promotions?

Accepted Answer

To add points for promoting your apps, YouTube channel, or social media (₹1 = 100 points), go to Wallet -> 'Add Points' and submit a request, or click 'Chat with Admin'. The Admin will directly send their official payment QR code or UPI ID in chat. Once paid, confirm in chat and your points will be credited immediately. UTR entry is NOT required.

Question 4

How do survey offerwalls (CPX Research & Timewall) work?

Accepted Answer

Surveys from partners like CPX Research and Timewall match you with market research questions based on your profile. When you qualify and complete a survey, points are credited to your Pollyora balance automatically via real-time postback callbacks.

Question 5

How does Creator Promotion work?

Accepted Answer

Any user can promote their apps, websites, YouTube channels, or social media pages in the 'Promote' tab. Creating a promotion starts from just 15 points per slot (default 25 points). You choose your promote price, and earners receive 80% of the points upon completing your task.

Question 6

What proof is required for completed tasks?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the creator's instructions, you may need to upload a screenshot or submit a text confirmation (like a username or transaction note). Screenshots are automatically compressed in your browser to save storage. Make sure your screenshot is clear and uncropped. Reused, duplicate, or fake proofs are rejected by the Admin.

Question 7

How long is my data kept? Will my account ever be deleted?

Accepted Answer

Your personal account data (username, full name, email, password, gender, date of birth, points balance, and lifetime earnings) is PERMANENTLY and safely preserved. To save server storage, old completed task proofs are automatically cleaned up (approved after 3 days, rejected after 14 days), and temporary activity logs are pruned after 30 days.

Question 8

How can I contact the Admin directly?

Accepted Answer

Open the floating support chat or visit the Wallet/Profile page and switch to the 'Chat with Admin' tab. You can message the Admin 1-on-1, send screenshots/images, and receive payment QR codes directly.
