Terms and Conditions

1. Points Conversion & Standard Currency

All earnings and tasks are denominated in Pollyora Points. The standard platform conversion rate is:

Points carry no cash value outside of authorized withdrawals via the Pollyora application.

2. Cashouts & Minimum Withdrawal Qualification

To maintain platform integrity and combat automated abuse, users must complete 1 or more verified tasks or surveys and accumulate at least ₹1 (100 points) to request a payout.

Withdrawals are disbursed via UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, or FamPay. All payout requests undergo human audit to verify task validity prior to funds transfer.

3. Strict One Device – One Account Policy

Users are strictly restricted to one account per individual and per physical device. The use of virtual machines, emulators, multiple browser profiles, or automated scripts to create duplicate accounts is strictly forbidden.

4. Referrals & Prohibition of Disposable Emails

Inviting users using temporary, disposable, fake, or scripted email addresses is considered suspicious activity. Referral rewards earned through illegitimate signups will be cancelled, and repeat offenders face account termination.

5. Screenshot Authenticity & Task Quality

Proofs submitted for micro-tasks must be authentic, original, and taken during the active task session. Uploading borrowed, edited, cropped, or forged screenshots constitutes fraud and leads to immediate account blacklisting.

6. Task Delays & Strict Complaint Cutoff Windows

If a submitted task proof remains in pending review status for 4 consecutive days, the user must notify support. All complaints regarding delays or rejected submissions must be filed within 6 to 7 calendar days. Complaints received after 7 days will not be reviewed.

7. Two-Step Promoter Review Process

Task creators (promoters) are entitled to approve valid submissions directly to release points to earners immediately. However, promoters cannot reject submissions unilaterally. All rejections must be audited and verified by Pollyora administrators to protect earners from unfair denials.

8. Anti-Fraud Penalties & Amendments

Pollyora administrators reserve the explicit right to suspend, ban, or delete accounts engaged in suspicious conduct, and deduct wallet points as penalties. Pollyora reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
